Privacy notice

The ETD PINT-AR Validator is operated by ETD Marketing & Events, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("ETD"). This notice explains what happens to the data you submit, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we process

• The document you submit. It is parsed and validated in memory. If you leave "Keep a copy" ticked, the file is stored for 90 days so ETD can improve the validator and reproduce problems; after that it is deleted automatically. If you untick it, the file is discarded as soon as the result is produced.
• Result metadata — document type, invoice number, issue date, seller and buyer identifiers, totals, the rule set used, which rules passed or failed, and the file's SHA-256 hash. This is kept to produce your result page and for aggregated statistics.
• Technical data — your IP address, approximate location derived from it (country and city), browser and operating system, the time of the check and the page you came from. Used for abuse prevention (rate limiting), statistics and security.
• Email address — only if you enter one, to send you the report. If you ask to be contacted, ETD may follow up about e-invoicing services.

What we do not do

• We never show your document or your results to other users.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties, other than the infrastructure providers that host this service.
• Validation is not transmitted to the Federal Tax Authority, the Ministry of Finance or any Accredited Service Provider.

Your rights

You can ask ETD to delete a stored document or your email address at any time: write to info@etd.me quoting the result id shown on your result page.

About the result

ETD Marketing & Events is a Zoho Authorized Partner, not an Accredited Service Provider. A PASS means the document conforms to the published PINT-AE rules at the time of checking; it is not acceptance by the FTA or MoF and does not verify business facts such as the existence of a TRN.
